Whatever, but I do think he was the earliest writer of that history....he preceded the gospels... "That didn't prohibit others from writing and keeping documents. People wrote letters in those days to keep each other abreast of events." I don't think there were that many literate people who could write....Jesus couldn't. They had no post office either..gg In any event, there is nothing available that precedes Josephus.
