Arch, I don't know why but I feel better about UMSI's prospects now than I did before. Probably eternal optimism. It is so much easier to understand when you have the facts or at least some of them. It not only makes the situation more palatable but allows you to continue to support the co. through bad times. I just hope that we can continue to get factual information as we move forward, good or bad. This stock is so depressed now that straight forward, upfront honesty can only help the situation. That's why I was grateful for T. Kostas's candor' Arch, we may want to wait until after UMSI gets its' reports out before we talk to Baker. I mean, it should only be a few days. That will allow us to at least analyze it for questions. The one area I remain concerned about is the total number of shares out there and the possibility of a reverse split. That question is still hanging, although at this point it looks like that consideration, if it ever was one, would take a back seat for awhile. As you know most of the time reverse splits spell catastrophe, but there are exceptions. The phone call thing is just a suggestion. I know everyone will do what they are comfortable with.
