Joel, interesting news. Didn't expect this, but I've gotta say it makes a lot of sense to me. The bank has outlived its usefulness to S1 (the real business) and had limited growth prospects with all the big boy banks becoming established online (slowly but surely). Don't know anything about SBD yet, but will find out. Looks to me like they are moving in the right direction. More banks coming online should start showing some data center revenues. Another plus is that investment firms won't have to wonder anymore whether to put a bankning or technology analyst on this one (maybe we'll be able to get their SEC filings from Edgar too). Looking forward to hearing the conf call. Beating the analyst estimate by -.64 vs -.68 doesn't hurt either. Bob PS: Joel, in response to you apparent concern over the past and potential misfortunes of SFNB owners, don't worry about me here. My avg cost basis is well below current market. I appreciate you comments and insight though.
