Ram, I just received my monthly statement and sure enough I have a very small % of my stocks margined at this time...XECM was a cash purchase, but it was placed in a margin account...I called to question why XECM was in the margin account...Was told it would be changed ASAP...Again I don't own much at all but, XECM is the last one I'd want listed as a margined stock...It was a Smith Barney account...I guess if they placed all the XECM shares in margin accounts, it could really add up.....and be large enough for shorters to use...
