>>Perhaps he should be moved to the Tower<<

Good idea. We must avail ourselves of all the tools and resources available to deal with this problem! ;)

When I was a youngster around 9 years old my father took me down to the local bank and had me open my first savings account. It was an old but high-quality building, with an an air of quiet efficiency and stability inside. Then a few years later the bank president was arrested and convicted by the feds for embezzlement, and sent off to the state prison for a few years. My father was furious at his former friend and neighbor for this betrayal of community trust.

Later when I was in college I had a banker friend who had to turn in his own boss for embezzlement. The boss was sent to prison.

So, I feel like I have good reasons for my cynicism about bankers.
