The street sees an a vacillating legal system demonstrated in the Placer, Crystallex case, and a failure to provide Gold Reserve with the essential approval which makes the project viable. We have been promised Veta (hard rock or deep) rights for years. These promises have been followed by conspicious silence from Gold Reserve management. I have heard that some environmental permits have been issued but without the veta rights they are meaningless..
