Red : Hold on a bit . The end game is the sale of the property and spin out of other properties into a company . Even if it only doubles ?????????? Not bad work if you can get it . Your right though it could get cheaper . A long way from dead money . The 3rd rig will be drilling the SMB high grade and the price could also go higher . jack
