Obama calls Europe a Country---------and describes the people who come to America as "hungry" and then describes them as "more Dynamic"

What did Obama mean---------actually hungry or hungry as in a salesman for making sales.

Obama sure knows how to insult------I always thought we were and are very dynamic in the USA.

And then he gives his speech in white shirt sleeves-----looking shabby.
