IMO, BP is an environmental terrorist and needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of our laws...On Olberman's MSNBC show tonight we hear from a whistleblower that BP has regularly failed to conduct honest blowout preventer tests on their oil rigs in Alaska...I would like to see Obama's Attorney General and the FBI investigate BP big time -- financial penalties won't stop this reckless behavior...Executives may need to be prosecuted to send a message and start to change behavior...Yet, the first job is to cap the well and stop the oil from leaking in the Gulf of Mexico...And we need total transparency from BP and anyone involved with dealing with this historic oil spill.
