Any idea what will happen to Prins Shareholders after the acquistion of the assets by KTI, inc. KTI has Prins listed as a subsidiary on hawkassociates.com but I called and asked if this was the case and they said "no". I also asked if they knew what would happen to Prins shareholders and they said "no." I believe their is a re-org under way? Anybody have any ideas what is happening with Prins????
