Ted, Thanks for the insight, I was just gaming to see what the reaction would be. The company has also gamed this move but decided not to go ahead with it because of all the stated reasons. I am interested in the litigation issue mentioned on the conference call, are we the plaintiff or the defendant? I was in the dark over the details and Ronan was extremely vague and deliberately evasive. The question came from a MM, why do they get all the information and the Smucketelli investor gets nothing. It is our money the company is riding on. Hopefully, the new PR/IR firm will post the minutes of the call soon. Longs where are you!!! OUT
