Looking at INTC, AMAT and ALTR, the very short term indicators are all oversold and suggesting a bounce is due. They can stay oversold for a long time and it is probably too early for these stocks to swim upstream if the rest of the market is falling. I will say that there is little in the early trading to suggest we get a substantial reversal. I haven't heard much in the way of positive comments directed towards the industry. Sell in May is still working for the most part! Other then a few small biotechs, VZ and AYE, I don't see any black #s in my main watch portfolios. The program and high frequency trading is set on sell and accounts for over 75% of the market these days.
