BSMD opened with a nice UG.<g> The stock is up 41.27% on volume of >3.5M >100x its ADV.<G> bigcharts.marketwatch.com It reported after the market close yesterday that it has entered into an agreement for a merger with MMSI in a cash transaction valued at approximately $96M.<g> BSMD shares will be exchanged at $4.38 in cash, which is below the ACTAY, but at a premium of about 54% from the closing price on May 12. Not bad these days.<g> Bernard
