re: <increased capital gains go into effect next year> Yes, that's a reason to reduce long positions, later this year, if cap gains taxes are going to go sharply higher in 2011. But Reagan proved "deficits don't matter", and every President since (except Clinton) has been an irresponsible Keynesian, with the last 2 the worst. re: KLIC insider selling. It's something to watch. One exec, for one quarter, doesn't mean anything. But if it's a pattern, it's a red flag.
