Robin,

The risk with INTC is that net profit margins are likely to be reduced from the current 25-30% to a more normal (for other tech companies) 15-20%. Factor this in and average into INTC. The PE for INTC is pretty modest for an industy leader, so some of the margin reduction might already be discounted.
