On 9/17 High View Capital Corp. filed a Form 3 which indicates an intention to purchase shares. I called investor relations at AGBG yesterday and they told me that the firm above had also filed a form 13-D (intention to purchase more than 10% of the shares). They also told me that this transaction had been completed.

To me this was interesting information. Guess we'll eventually find out what it means. Finally, the usual disclaimer. Please do your own DD.
