My reasoning is based on reading more about Kagan than the writings of worried lefties, and especially those who are simply not happy unless they hear loud and declarative statements. btw, I referred to the blatherings of a 3rd party whom I do not know and is not a part of this site. I do so appreciate you took the time to insult me personally.
