Vadim,

Just start out with using just $500,000 in a stock repurchase. This would immediately do THREE things:

1)Eliminate the over hang in CIST's stock.
2)Shake out any manipulators in the stock.
3)Give the stock much needed support.

Just the announcement of such a buy back would do wonders for INCREASING SHAREHOLDER VALUE.
