If you want to feel better about your trades on NNVC, keep reading.

If I recall correctly, it was circa 2005 and after having only recently stumbled upon Allan's fine blog, I purchased a few shares at approx $.10. In little time, it reached $0.20, and having been burned many a time, I didn't hesitate to sell it all for a double. I even patted myself on the back at the time. Shortly thereafter, it skyrocketed - as in exponentially or, like no other stock I have ever owned. Shoulda, woulda, coulda...

Fortunately, I decided not to close this chapter. Instead, I decided to write a prologue to my mis[sed[fortune.

Fast forward to 2009, still a regular reader of Allan's fine blog, and after doing more DD myslef, during the fall swoon of 2009, I went in and purchased a nice block at around $0.57 or around 500% more than my original purchase. Thereafter, I purchased even more under $1.00. Obviously, 2010 has been great so far and provided me and, most likely, all of you, with an opportunity to sell at a large profit. I have not. Instead, I am still holding. Depending upon a number of things, I may hold this time for a few years.

For example, I like the fact that the good doctor only dipped into part of the shelf recently. It sends a strong message that mgt believes they can get better prices down the road. Bottom line for me: if it retraces, I may or may not buy more, but this is a compelling story. And I am along for the ride albeit back on the train at a stop made well after it left its Origin Station.
