Can someone give me a plausible explanation for why SIBI is offering these shares. They have plenty of money and with the stock price where it is, I can't see this as taking advantage of a market opportunity. I'm puzzled and more than a little frustrated at the idea of a dillution for seemingly no good reason. John de C
