<< It was some time later in May of 1996 that the stock went to 11 on news of a court date. The court date gave the patent a lot of credibility and the speculators rushed in. It will happen again on the announcement of the Markman hearing. >> Do you really believe that setting the Markman hearing will cause a huge jump in the stock? I don't get it, we all know a date is to be set, shouldn't that be reflected in the current price. Are there some out there that truly believe a date won't be set and are waiting to see what happens? Is there a possibility that there will be no Markman hearing?
