sure. canada and australia have huge housing bubbles that have not popped yet. all mortgages in canada are gov guaranteed. aka: instant tarp-edo.

so good luck with that when the air comes out.

and with australia's new 40% resource tax.. i'd imagine their gdp is going to take a hit as resource projects get stopped and the pipeline canceled.
