Well, duh. The middle tends to not be ideological, but pragmatic. That is what puts them in the middle. They don't really care about theories, but are much more concerned about results. And pragmatism is the whole rationale about this thread.

Personally, I don't care about the pigeonhole you want to put a policy. What I care about is whether or not it works. I like policies that work. I don't care so much about those that are ideologically pure, but tend to fail when tried. But that is just me.
