Economics of wind.
I have working with the sector on issues of builing the plants. Generally +/- 25%, it costs about $1 million per megawatt to build the tower. Sounds cheap, but the $100M for a 150MW farm does not take in account the 200 acres lease that it costs. People forget the wind profile requires a certain spacing of the towers. The closer the tower is to a city, the more it costs to lease the land.

A 100Mw coal plant would be on 50 acres and cost the same, but the EPA costs would be high. That is why the whole sector is going to watch Cap and Trade.
