SQNM was up 14.46% and i still up 12.12% at pesent on volume of > 4.3.7M about 0.6x its ADV. The stock traded above $6 and the nearest resistance is the Apr29 H at $6.65 before it can c lose the March16 DG and test the March 2 H at $8.65 bigcharts.marketwatch.com Last week SQNM raised $51.6M on a private placement of 12.4M shrs at $4.15/shr, a 23% discount of its then current price. It said that it intends to use proceeds for R&D. The ACTAY is $6.88 The EL for 2010 is around $0.96 vs. $1.16 last Yr. and SQNM is still facing some legal and other problems on account with its Down's syndrome test.<g> I will just keep a near target at $8 pending further news.<g> If I remember, the June 2000 H was $155.83 <g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
