Nobody said anything about the things you mentioned.

I was responding to the contention the poster made that it was unfair that people underbid union contracts by providing cheaper bids.

I did not comment on the means for doing so, as I assumed it would be lawful. Anything outside the law should be prosecuted.

Of course, non-union labor is still lawful the last time I checked. About 90% of the US population is non-union.

Union members constitute about 4-times the prison population of the USA.

The world is flat. The choice is be competitive, or lose.
