Can any one point me to the Datek thread my browser is stuck on the RODNEY BABCOCK website and its torture. Jack thankyou for your informed posts and others who have an unbiased opinion. In my opinion Mr babcock has 0 credibility due to his inflexibility in recognizing others valid points. I have lodged a complaint with SI to review MR babcocks posts and the demeaning tone of these posts in his reponses to others that are sharing there experiences. If these problems that people share on this thread were BOGUS wouldnt Datek respond and refute them as they have on occasion. This week in making numerous trades I dont think Ive had an execution that took more than 4 sec. This is outstanding. This is why Im with Datek. Does this lesson my feelings when my fund requests take a month and I cant reach customer service. NO! Although Mr babcock thinks the answer is tough go somewhere else I dont think it is irresponsible for Datek customers to have certain expectations of what acceptable service is and to complain when they dont get it. My congratulations to AMERITRADE I use them and they are excellent. I have never had a problem with them so because this is my experience we can surmise that Rodneys problem never happened.
