ALL his speeches revolved about "HOPE" you dummy! Why do you think even the devoutly religious admired and honored him! THE GREAT AGNOSTIC! When you don't know, you can hope. But it is not hope that there were magicians creating life in Egypt was a Divine Truth! It is not hope that absurd tribal myths of rape and genocide are Divine! "angels with rustling wings" is metaphorical speech to denote rest and peace. I suspect that many at the funeral (family and otherwise) had some religious leanings. And a funeral IS a funeral. There is everything RIGHT about offering HOPE at such a time using whatever metaphors will comfort your audience. Only a jackass would do otherwise. Speaking of which... Once again, you bring up a red herring and demonstrate what a jackass you are.
