Just have to wonder why they couldn't/didn't go "outside" for the financing. If the co really is confident that the near future holds a major cash inflow then this news is merely an explanation of immediate cash needs. In that sense it could be bullish. I'm sure the positive-flow-crowd (PFCs) will spin this as great news, but I would have still liked to have seen the securing of an outside credit facility. Co does have some collateral. Of course if they are close to a 9 figure deal today's news is just scratch-n-sniff. Greg
