Unfortunately, we really don't have much choice at this point. They're never gonna be a major source; I think best projections are 4MBPD by 2025. This one sez 4.5MBPD in 2030. I think the sands will run into water & energy (NG) limitations. Ditto oil shale in Colo/Utah. Message 26509826 Do we want to spend our NG on the sands, or in a car, or in a power plant?
