Pancho, You're arguements are plausible. However, my data is showing accumulation taking place in IPIC over the last week or so. I don't think now is a very good time to short it, if at all. I'd wait for some sort of rally first and, as someone else just pointed out, some positive news to firm it up. However, I will keep my eye on it and see what materializes. For now, I'll refrain from taking a position. Hank
