This major sell off did not surprise me one bit. The economy is totally distorted by stimulus schemes and huge budget deficits. Even Seth Klarman agrees. Thankfully did not get blinded by the 50% crowd who were rah rah rah just a month ago. Boasting of all their buys and attacking anyone that questioned the widespread speculation in the markets. Thanks for the sell indicator now and in the future. It is time to step up your due diligence and work overtime to prepare a game plan to scoop up bargains. If you have any cash. I am at 50%. Like March 2009 it will be difficult to know at what point to buy aggressively because values can get even cheaper, but i do expect a strong reflex rally soon although short lived.
