I think, I just heard on CNBC, that BP claims to be capturing 5000 bpd with their insertion siphon thing so are they getting it all?. I thought that was what they (BP, US Gov) said was the TOTAL spill amount rate.. But I had been hearing they were only getting 20% with this thing..

So what is it BP if I heard correctly?

Can't have it both ways..

But maybe CNBC is screwed up as usual..
