To help aid ROSARIO, this rumor surfaced on this thread a few months back..maybe this is his source. The possibility of financing coming out of Chicago, also was mentioned here a few months back, I believe one of the management team may have taken a trip to the windy city, rumored here as well.Please note RUMORED...
