I agree with Paul here. Talk of grinding government boot heels in to the throats of individuals and corporations, is rather inappropriate. I might not use the term "un-American", since its vague and for other reasons, but it doesn't seem totally inappropriate here.

So it doesn't bother you that BP has lied and made one misstep after the other, and that the Gulf and its coastline are getting badly despoiled.

In your world, Tim, is there ever a time when corps are bad? Just askin'.
