Don't recall ever claiming that the reduction in revenue received by Ireland's government since they began their austerity measures (measures similar to Portugal's: spending slashes, tax raises, cuts to future entitlements, etc.) was "larger" then the sum total of the austerity measures.

(You might well be trying to argue a 'point' no one has raised here, Tim....)
