Lol! Spoken by a true non-engineer. Look at this statement...just an arbitrairy made up "half the fuel" is currently wasted in trucks. Total BS. Odumble must think that trucks can run on perfectly efficient Carnot engines. What a total fool and those that believe his idiotic statements are even greater fools. In combustion a large percentage of the conbustion creates heat and not the pressure force necessary. This is called heat rejection. There is no way to convert this heat to pressure. Next Obama will have the Federal Government working on a Perpetual Motion Machine.
