Your tactics appear to revolve around the concept of the best defense is a good offense. The fact remains that you have no analysis of this company, yet you advocate it. I presume you are a doctor of medicine, and not a managing director of Fonix. Would you prescribe a course of action (drug treatment or surgery) without diagnosing the patients problem? I would hope not. So why would anyone buy the stock now after all of this greed, lack of product development, substantial dilution of the price of the stock from stock issuances to friends of management has come to light, unless that person has done a substantial amount of analysis on whether management is capable of delivering value to its' non managment shareholders. Everyone touts the fine and outstanding management team that Fonix has, but how good can they be when all you see is hype, double talk and no results. Take note that the number of investment analysts following this company amount to zero. You would think that if this company had a product that was revoluionary, lots of analysts would be interested in recommending this company to their valued clients for substantial capital gains - where are they? This looks like a bad investment from my perspective and at the present time I wouldn't recommend this stock be touched with a ten foot barge pole. I say drive the price of the stock down to nothing so the the existing management team actually has to produce profits for all the shareholders rather than preying on unsuspecting novice investors. The whole market should stop trading this stock. If this thing tanks because management has hidden facts about the value and viability of this product, the non managment shareholders should go after this managment team with a vengence in the courts. Is this the Brex of the technology stocks - perhaps it is and then again perhaps it isn't. At the present time I have no confidence in the management of this company to deliver value - they do, hoever, have an uncanny ability to accumulate value in their own bank accounts.
