Taken to its extreme, anyone who posts regularly on electronic bulletin boards could actually feel responsible to post all information gathered by legal means. I can't imagine this happening except in the case of paid professionals. On anothter vein, today's market action is curious. Kim Maxwell confirms the CAP request for a double standard has been denied. Perhaps word's out. There's also the Oppenheimer Conf. in NYC tomorrow. I'm not complaining. Regards, Pat
