Albert -- An interesting slant we individual investors don't have to consider. Taken to its extreme, anyone who posts regularly on electronic bulletin boards could actually feel responsible to post all information gathered by legal means. I can't imagine this happening except in the case of paid professionals.

On anothter vein, today's market action is curious. Kim Maxwell confirms the CAP request for a double standard has been denied. Perhaps word's out. There's also the Oppenheimer Conf. in NYC tomorrow. I'm not complaining.
