Amended 10KSB Filed 12:37 11/6/97: Backlog Down 20%, Govt Revenues=93% You probably can't see this yet because you ETraders don't get SEC filings for another day, but APAT just amended their 10K filing. Amonst other things they added that backlog has declined 20% from $4m to 3.2m and govt portion of revenues went up from 89% in 1996 to 93% in 1997. This is not a good sig for a company hoping to go commercial. Actually if you were a long you'd probably be disheartened by APAT's claim that one of it's strategic advantages is it's Midwestern lcoation. To quote from the competition page: "Also, the geographical location of the Company gives it a competitive advantage in marketing its products to companies located in the Midwest, since most of the Company's competitors are located on the East and West Coasts." Now there's a real competitive advantage! I don't expect a response for at least a day since I know you nickel traders don't have access to real time SEC data. When you do get it free on EDGR I'd love to hear your comments on the above.
