The national % is 11 to 14%. Not insignificant, but at least 86% are our very own, home-grown criminals. Which by themselves would STILL put our incarcerated population in the #1 spot. No cigar.. Why didn't BUSH solve the immigration problem? Oh, yeah, he LIKED Mexicans! All his fellow Texas Christians exploit the cheap labor and compliance of the fearful wetbacks! I'm sure Bush knew from his youthful visits to Boys Town the juicy pleasures of Mexican whores. What's not to like?
