Amadeo, anything intel does to increase speed and integrate multi media processing will help these applicatons.:-) Also don't forget the microsoft operating systems folks need to develop performance orientated systems to support these applications and "Bill" has not invested money in performance in the past. He depends on the hardware folks to deliver performance enhancements.

I personally think we are concerned about the wrong thing when discussing Macromedia and Adobe if we are concerned about platforms. Multi media people have a job to do and it is growing. This is what is relevent at least to me. I don't think anyone in this industry cares if they use PC, MAC, SUN, etc platforms. Intel has been behind the power curve for these application since day one and if they can catch up and move ahead is a bet on Intel not Adobe or Macromedia. i.e. If Intel will catch up and move ahead of the competition is not relevent at least for Macromedia and Adobe in my opinion. The multi media folks will use what ever platform they can to get their job done. What we really care about is the growth of applications sales when we have investments in macromedia and Adobe.

Just my opinions...

Joan
