Yes, more like a common cramp. I got them years ago in the back of my thigh, usually in my right leg. I'd get a knot sometimes that felt the size of a golf ball and nearly as hard. These cramps lately aren't nearly that bad and seem to go away. I haven't had a sign of one for nearly a week now. Puzzling...
