oh bummer! We do not have a stop the oil leak czar as yet but the russians who used to have czars say bamah could use a nuclear bomb to stop the oil leak like they did. Imadinerjacket says he doesn't have a nuclear bomb but if and when he has one he would be more than willing to test it while stopping the leak in the gulf of mexico off the coast of america at the same time. So far the anointed one hasn't responded to either county's advice. He is dithering both. He is not sure if he should actually make the decision or wait for the commission's report. Or maybe even appoint an oil leak czar and let him make the decision. Don't worry! Be happy! the hopeless comrade chartseer in the new era of putting nuclear bombs to a good use stopping oil well leaks
