1 - Once again "billions to very low tens of billions" (specifically under twenty for every single year, and generally below ten), not "tens of billions".

The first is a range from $1+ bil to maybe $15bil to $20bil, the later is a range from $10+ billion to $99bil, a much higher range.

And in fact my figures where apparently to high. In the early years the spending was under a billion per year. So the low end of the range is just hundreds of millions, as opposed to your "tens of billions per year".

2 - And once again the amount borrowed was apparently less than one fith of that range. So now it bring us down to low hundreds (or perhaps even high tens) of millions at the low end, to high hundreds of millions to at most very low billions at the high end.

So the net range I'm supposedly calling small is "low tens of millions to very low billions", not "tens of billions", there is a huge difference between those two ranges (about a factor of a thousand at the low end, and at least a factor of a few dozen at the high end).

And again I'm not even calling that much lower range "small", but rather small compared to the US economy over all of those years.

Or to just compare the numbers. I'm saying the range of "low tens of millions to very low billions", is small compared to the range of "low trillions to very low tens of trillions".

Do you really disagree with that?
