If you watched CBS 60 minutes interview with a chief electronics technician that was on the rig when it blew you know BP is 100% at fault, BP knew about the blowout preventer failure before the accident and did NOT repair it. Other critical mistakes they ignored cause they wanted them to proceed faster. You won't believe what they did. It's criminal. They should be prosecuted after they plug the leak.
