Sergio, I don't know if Ivan is an investor or a trader (not that traders aren't investors). If he is a trader, he would "give his shares away" because of the opportunity cost of holding them. We were lead to believe that there would be press releases out as soon as the merger was complete. This is sort of like an IPO which has a quiet period. From my experience, the company in this situation will issue a positive news release the first second it is allowed to by law. It has been several days. Why the hold up? Perhaps that is why Ivan left-perhaps questioning whether management has been honest with us.
