It's way, way down there. I'm suspect most cases of TA are self fulfilling prophecies, but if a stock consistantly refuses to go below a certain level, it probably means something. Of course in some cases it only means that professionals recognise that a certain level will produce selling by TA advocates, so they sell to push it below this level. Then they can buy the TA folks shares cheaply. I don't think the TA picture in Intel is all that clear, and it is too active for manipulation to be a big factor.
