No, I pointed out that 5000 was the NOAA and Coast Guard number. BP hasn't offered one.

I do think its producing more than 5K bpd. If this was a production well, you'd probably expect 15-30K bpd. This well's flow is estimated to be about 1/3 natural gas by volume. The damaged BOP is thought to be reducing the flow somewhat.
