Appointment; drilling of Meadowlark deep well completed 1997-11-04 close $3.75 Shares issued 8910094 Mr Luck Janda reports Kenneth P. Bottoms has joined the company as a director. Drilling of the deep well, the Meadowlark No.2, has been completed to a depth of 5,244 ft. Further to the news in Stockwatch dated October 29, 1997, the well had in excess of 250 ft of gas bearing shale of which 183 ft of core samples were taken for further testing.
